Asus Releasing Revision of Transformer Prime

If you have been thinking of jumping into the Android tablet market, don’t do it yet! Asus, in an attempt to fix a few problems and alienate early adopters, is releasing a revision of the Transformer Prime. And yes, it is better than the original.

The new Transformer TF700T brings improved GPS and wifi performance to the device, thanks to a redesigned back, and a new, 1080p 1920x1200 display. These are major changes, folks. The original Transformer Prime was lauded as the best Android tablet ever, but its GPS and wifi reception could be spotty. No word on pricing and availability yet, though. Expect those to be announced soon.
